For EU countries, all prices include 19% VAT.
 

ATTENTION: For not EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), all prices are net, i.e. without VAT.
 

Delivery to Switzerland

Order VAT free

As a customer from a non-EU country, you can shop with us VAT-free. The prices listed in the online shop initially include German VAT (19%). If you select Switzerland as your country of delivery in the first screen, all prices are displayed without VAT.
 

Customs duties and taxes

When shipping to Switzerland, you are considered the "importer". You will therefore be charged Swiss import turnover tax (VAT) as well as customs clearance and import fees in addition to the value of the goods.

Depending on the value of the goods and the type of shipment, the processing is carried out by the parcel service, the freight forwarder or the customs agency commissioned by us.

A non-binding brief summary of the costs of importing non-commercial orders into Switzerland:
A handling fee plus a customs clearance fee is charged by Swiss customs.
The customs fees are then added to the net invoice amount and the current Swiss VAT rate is applied to the final total.

Parcel deliveries to German islands

Only parcel shipping with island surcharge is possible to the following DE postcode areas:

In the case of shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which are not cleared through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details, please contact the respective competent authorities.

Orders for stock goods that can be sent by parcel post until Monday 12 clock (incl. receipt of payment) will only be registered once a week on this Monday with the shipping service provider and packed for shipping. 

On Tuesday, the parcels will be picked up here by the shipping service providers and delivered within a few days.
(Should one of these days fall on a public holiday, everything will be postponed until the next working day!)
